Keeping Dover clean beautiful is accomplished by the joint efforts of our residents, service department and trash/recycling pickup crews.

Kimble Recycling & Disposal of Dover has long provided trash/recycling pickup for the city.

If you are new to our city or have relocated within Dover, please contact the Service Director’s office at (330) 343-6725.

To sign up for trash and recycling pickup, call the Utilities office at (330) 343-7725.

All upholstered items (ex: furniture, mattresses, box springs) and carpet must be sealed in a bag prior to collection. Carpet must be cut into four foot sections prior to being placed in the bag. Those bags may be picked up at the Service Director's Office at 321 North Wooster Avenue.
