As the Chief of Police, I am honored to lead a dedicated team of officers and staff who are committed to serving our community with integrity, respect and professionalism. We strive to work within the community to create a safer and stronger Dover.

The Dover Police Department is comprised of a Patrol Division, a Detective Bureau and a Dispatch Center. Additional roles include a School Resource Officer, a K-9 Handler and Special Response Team Members (SRT).
