Vacation Security Request

Being the owner or agent of the residence at the address listed below, and filling the below form, you:

• Authorize members of the Dover Police Department to enter the property for the purpose of a security check.
• Attest that there will be no one at the residence during this time, except, as indicated in the comment section.
• Authorize members of the Dover Police Department to detain anyone found on the premises until such time they can determine whether said person is authorized to be on the premises and to arrest anyone found not to be authorized.
• Will file criminal charges against said unauthorized person(s) if the police or prosecutor determine same to be necessary.
• Will inform all persons whom I have authorized to be on or within the premises of this request to the Dover Police Department
