The Dover Police Department desires to keep our emergency call list updated, so we may serve the community with excellence. This list allows us to keep updated personnel and phone numbers to reach in the event of an emergency.

We are requesting this form be filled out as soon as possible after any changes in personnel or update of numbers have changed.
