The City of Dover’s fiber-optic network is available for dark fiber leases to select commercial/business entities. Eligibility for connectivity is based on a feasibility assessment, which is conducted on a case-by-case basis.

The City of Dover does not provide residential internet service and is not currently expanding its commercial internet service area.
