Architectural Review Board

The history of Dover is important, if not critical, to the future of the City. The Architectural Review Board has been developed to preserve the buildings that make Dover unique as well as protect the integrity of historic character in the City. The Review Board is designed to be a legal support establishment that will promote tourism, economic development, education and redevelopment. The nine-person board consists of at least six residents, as well as elected officials and architects. Board meetings are the first Wednesdays of each month at 3:00 PM in Council Chambers.
