The City of Dover has been awarded an EPA grant for the 2026 Fiscal Year for the purpose of sanitary sewer upgrades in the northern portion of the city.

As part of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the EPA is soliciting public comments through August 31st regarding the city's compliance with NEPA provisions for this project.
