2025 Dover Lions Club Halloween Parade

The 2025 Dover Lions Club Halloween Parade will be Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 6:45 PM.  There is NO CHARGE to enter the parade.  


Deadline for entries is Monday, October 27, 2025.  You must complete and submit a registration and waiver to the address listed on the forms. You may download the forms by visiting
