NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION TO BE DISPOSED BY THE DOVER POLICE DEPARTMENT
The public and citizens of the City of Dover shall take note that the City of Dover Police Department will dispose of firearms and ammunition to federally licensed firearm’s dealers pursuant to the provisions of ORC section 2987.12 and Dover ordinance 13-11.
The list of firearms and ammunition are available for review at the Dover police department. If you have a claim that you are entitled to any of this property, you must assert that claim within one week of the date of last publication of this notice. The property will be sold pursuant to ORC section 2987.12 and an order of the Tuscarawas County Court of Common Pleas.
